These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between dewa111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at dewa111.cam.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is not permitted, whether by applicable law or by Platform policy.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of dewa111 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• All information provided during account registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

dewa111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify dewa111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. dewa111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You are required to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to your registered details — including email address, phone number, or linked payment methods — must be communicated to dewa111 support promptly. dewa111 cannot be held responsible for service interruptions arising from outdated account information.

dewa111 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. dewa111 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges for which dewa111 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 5 minutes during standard business hours, subject to completion of all required KYC verification. dewa111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention reviews may be subject to extended processing timelines.

Funds deposited into your Account may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously verified under your Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dewa111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is specified. Conversion rates applicable to cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are determined at the time of transaction and are subject to market variance.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional offers provided by dewa111 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, coordination between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other strategy determined by dewa111 to constitute bonus abuse shall result in immediate suspension of all implicated accounts and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and resulting winnings.

Participation in the dewa111 VIP Programme is governed by the VIP Programme terms applicable at the time of enrolment. Tier status, cashback rates, monthly turnover thresholds, and associated benefits are subject to revision at dewa111's discretion. dewa111 reserves the right to demote, suspend, or remove VIP status in cases of breach of these Terms.

All games available on the dewa111 Platform operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are sourced directly from certified game providers and represent theoretical long-term averages. Individual session outcomes may vary substantially from published RTP figures.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, dewa111 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the Player's Account. dewa111 accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

dewa111 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the Player had access to non-public information, that the odds offered were in manifest error, or that collusion or fraudulent activity has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or loopholes in game mechanics.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.

The Platform and all associated Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even where dewa111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dewa111 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental restrictions, Internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, power failures, or natural disasters.

Where dewa111 is found liable to a Player under any legal theory, the maximum aggregate liability of dewa111 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dewa111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; a Player is found to have provided false information; or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements necessitates such action.

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting dewa111 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, dewa111 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance (subject to completed KYC and applicable terms) within a reasonable timeframe. Unmet bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all associated bonus balances, loyalty points, and VIP tier status shall be permanently forfeited. Real-money withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player subject to verification, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa111 holds its international operating licence. The Platform does not claim to operate under Malaysian domestic law and makes no representations to that effect.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and dewa111 relating to these Terms or the Services, the Player is encouraged to first submit a formal complaint to dewa111 customer support at [email protected]. dewa111 shall endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and to resolve them within 28 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may seek escalation through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under dewa111's international licensing authority. dewa111 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dewa111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players who do not accept revised Terms may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.2. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each amendment.
